We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team of this luxury 4*hotel in the west of Ireland. The ideal person for this role will have high-end restaurant or 4 or 5-star hotel experience in Ireland, with a passion for excellent quality food.

Ideal skills and attributes:

• Previous experience as a Senior Chef de Partie in a high-end, 5-star property in Ireland.
• Excellent HACCP and food hygiene standards.
• Can work well as part of a team and also on own initiative.
• Can work well in a busy kitchen and produce excellent cuisine.
• Excellent communication, organisation and self-motivation skills.
