Our client is a prestigious car sales company renowned for its excellence in customer service and high-quality vehicles are currently seeking a professional Receptionist/Administrator to join their team in their busy dealership in Sandyford.

This role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am 5.30pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer main switchboard, directing calls, and coordinating detailed messages.
  • Ensure customers receive a warm welcome upon arrival at the showroom and courteously direct them to the relevant department/salesperson.
  • Direct customers to the waiting area and offer refreshments while they wait for assistance.
  • Provide directions to the service and parts department.
  • Receive incoming post and deliveries, sorting, and distributing incoming mail.
  • Organise dispatch of post by mail, courier, or company driver.
  • Stay updated with company events, promotions, and special offers to handle increased switchboard activity.
  • Answer simple customer enquiries on all company services including sales, aftersales, service, and parts.
  • Perform administrative duties such as vehicle registration and other tasks as directed by the senior administrator.
  • Coordinate equipment and supplies requirements for the building, purchasing, and ordering stationary, toners, paper, forms.
  • Ensure visitor areas are clean and tidy with an adequate supply of refreshments.
  • Ensure company equipment has adequate supplies such as paper and toners in printers.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the sales/service teams.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 years experience in a busy customer-facing reception role.
  • Experience dealing with customers, meeting, greeting, and responding to queries over the phone and in person.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and problem-solve.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Good administration and time management skills.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office; Excel; Word.
  • Flexibility and a œcan-do attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluent spoken and written English.
