We are currently seeking a Junior Sales Administrator/Customer Service Specialist to join our clients team based in Kilcoole, Co Wicklow on a full time, permanent basis, Mon Fri 9am  5.30pm EUR 28K DOE

This role will be instrumental in supporting their sales team and ensuring seamless interactions with their customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks and providing excellent customer service to enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing: Assist with processing sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are recorded correctly in our systems.
  • Customer Enquiries: Handle customer enquiries via phone, and email, providing product information, pricing, and resolving any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Quotations: Prepare and send quotations to customers in a timely manner, following up to secure orders and address any queries.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team to support their activities, including maintaining customer databases, preparing sales reports, and coordinating shipments and deliveries.

Administrative Tasks :

  • Perform various administrative duties such as filing, data entry, maintaining sales records, and assisting with inventory management.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any feedback or concerns to achieve high levels of satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of the product range to effectively assist customers with their inquiries and promote sales opportunities.
  • Contribute to their teams success by actively participating in professional development opportunities and seize the chance to grow alongside the company as we strive for continuous expansion and advancement.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is desirable.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
