Job vacancy Car Service Advisor

We are currently seeking an experienced Car Service Advisor to join our client based in Sandyford, in one of Irelands prominent automotive retail groups.

Positioned within the Sandyford Business District, conveniently close to the Stillorgan Luas station, their modern and vibrant offices provide an engaging environment. As part of their team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service and support to our esteemed customers.

About the Role:
As a front-line representative of our client, you will uphold their commitment to exceptional customer service, adhering to manufacturer and company standards at all times. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing end-to-end service processes for vehicle bookings and repairs via phone, email, and walk-ins
• Greeting customers professionally and efficiently
• Coordinating workshop availability for service, maintenance, and repairs
• Ensuring vehicles are ready on time, with clear explanations of completed work
• Handling all administrative tasks related to servicing and maintenance, including system input, invoicing, and work-in-progress management
• Collaborating with other departments such as management, reception, sales, warranty, and parts
• Assisting in collecting and analysing customer service feedback

Skills and Experience Required:

• Demonstrable front-line customer service and administrative experience
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within the motor industry
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail for accurate documentation and system management
• Working knowledge of vehicle management systems (Keyloop/Kerridge/Autoview) is highly advantageous
• Flexibility in approach to work
• Full, valid, and current driving license for Ireland
• Applicants from outside the EEA must already hold a valid work permit
