Job vacancy Director of Food and Beverage Luxury 4* Property West of Ireland

We are seeking an experienced Director of Food and Beverage to join the senior management team of this stunning luxury 4* property in the west of Ireland.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Director of Food and Beverage will oversee the smooth running of the Food and Beverage department and be responsible for ensuring that the Food and Beverage team deliver a consistently high-quality service to guests.

The ideal candidate will have experience as Director of F&B in a large, multi-outlet luxury property.  You must have excellent team management, leadership and organisational skills and be able to lead, motivate, coach and manage your team.  You will be responsible for the overall food and beverage operations of this luxury hotel.
