Job vacancy Head of Operations for Dublin Restaurants. Hybrid Role

We are currently recruiting for a Head of Operations for our chain of restaurants throughout Dublin

We are looking for our next Operations Manager to lead the group performance while creating an excellent working environment to ensure the efficient running of all restaurants on a day to day basis

Working closely with the management teams in each restaurant, you will also provide guidance and support to the restaurant managers

The Ideal Candidate:

• We are looking for a candidate with previous restaurant management experience, ideally at GM or Operations level
• You will also need to have a proven track record in managing team performances when it comes to KPIs and budgets including P&L
• You will have excellent communication skills and have an approachable manner when it comes to managing staff

Salary EUR 60-65k DOE
