We are now recruiting for an experienced Head Chef for this stunning 5-star Hotel in Co Kerry

The ideal candidate will have experience in a 5* hotel or upmarket fine dining restaurant and will have a passion for excellent quality food.

Reporting directly to the Executive Head Chef and General Manager, the ideal person will have experience heading up a busy kitchen team, developing, leading, motivating and managing them to achieve their full potential.  You will also have excellent organisation, communication and forward planning skills.

You must be legally able to work in Ireland with no restrictions.
