Job vacancy General Manager for 4-star property in Mayo

We have an exciting opportunity for a General Manager for this beautiful 4-star property in Mayo.  This role would suit an experienced General Manager or a Deputy General Manager looking to step up to the role of General Manager.  The General Manager will have overall responsibility for all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the property, including the vision, strategy, P&L, budgeting and forecasting.

As General Manager you will work with and develop the team to provide exceptional guest services and consistently exceed the highest possible standards whilst overseeing the smooth running of the hotels operations.  You will lead the business through growth and change while ensuring operational efficiency and leading, motivating and managing your team to deliver consistently excellent guest service.

• Proven experience in a senior management role with strong decision-making, as well as business acumen for financial and strategic planning to develop the business.
