We have a vacancy for an experienced Pastry Chef de Partie to join the kitchen brigade of our client, a stunning 5* hotel in Dublin.
You must have experience as Pastry Chef in a 4/5* hotel or similar grade restaurant, ideally with both a restaurant and banqueting background.
Reporting to the Head Chef, you must be able to work as part of a team and on your own initiative. You must have a passion for food and producing high quality food, with excellent HACCP and hygiene experience.
Salary EUR 35-EUR 38k DOE
