Our client, a fast paced chain of popular restaurants are now looking for a People Lead to oversee their HR function on a day to day basis.

Some of the responsibilities of the role:

• Lead the HR, People and Culture function
• Provide advice, coaching and guidance to the leadership team and support them in all areas of people management.
• Develop and lead the company learning and development strategy
• Manage and facilitate the overall Performance Management Cycle
• Provide advice, coaching and guidance to the leadership team and support them in all areas of people management.
• Oversee the recruitment cycle from start to finish

The Ideal Person:

• Previous experience in a management role in HR, ideally in hospitality or retail
• Excellent communication skills and a welcoming approach
• Be a strong and leading voice that helps our people grow and develop
• Be disciplined in execution and reporting

Salary EUR 45-EUR 50k DOE
