We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Bar Manager for this beautiful hotel in Kerry.  The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience as Bar Manager in a 5-star high-end luxury property with cocktail experience.  You will have a passion for excellent customer care and be able to lead, motivate and guide your team to ensure excellent service standards are delivered consistently.

The successful candidate will:

• Have excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be passionate about training, developing, leading and mentoring your team to achieve consistently high standards of guest service.
• Be able to work as part of a hotel management team in a busy property.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of a busy bar.
• Deliver on budgets and targets and be aware of the financial responsibilities of bar and restaurant management.
