My client located in Dublin 18 are seeking a Finance Administrator to join their team on a permanent full-time basis. This role is offered on a hybrid basis and will require you to work one day in the office.

Responsibilities:  

  • Preparing and submitting manufacturer claims
  • Collaborating with the workshop to ensure timely claim submissions
  • Reporting outstanding claims and exceptions
  • Managing customer invoicing and billing
  • Handling customer invoice queries
  • Managing debtors and reconciling accounts
  • Generating customer statements
  • Managing creditors, including invoice posting and account reconciliation
  • Providing weekly reports to customers
  • Offering support to various departments within the company

Essential Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with ERP systems
  • Strong numeric skills, demonstrating an aptitude for reviewing, assessing, and presenting financial information
  •  A diligent work ethic
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure within a team environment
  • Meeting deadlines and targets consistently • Self-motivation, drive, enthusiasm, and commitment
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills
  • Exhibit a high level of incentive with the ability to prioritize workload
  • A proactive and determined mindset ready to take on challenges and get things done.
