Job vacancy Bars Manager 4-star Property Dublin

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Bars Manager to join the management team of this 4-star property located just outside Dublin.  The ideal candidate will have experience as Bars Manager in a busy bar in a 4 or 5-star property or a high-end Gastrobar and be customer focused, with a flexible approach, be adaptable and used to working on your own initiative.

The Bar Manager will ensure the smooth running of the bar and manage, train and develop the team, ensuring they deliver a consistently high level of customer service.  You must have excellent team management, motivation and organisation skills and fluent English for this role.

Main duties include:

• Managing all bar operations, ensuring consistently excellent levels of guest service
• Manage, train and develop team members
• Develop bar and food and beverage menus and promote sales
• Set departmental targets and objectives, policies and procedures and work within budget guidelines
