Our client, a prominent healthcare provider is currently in search of an Accounts & Payroll Administrator to join their team on a 3-month fixed-term contract . This role is fulltime, Monday Friday, onsite in North Dublin . The ideal candidate will be available to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Supervising and managing bi-monthly payroll processes for staff and salaried personnel at the Local office, utilizing Sage Payroll.
  • Ensuring accurate setup information during the initial onboarding of new employees and clients across key systems, maintaining best practice processing methods and ensuring accuracy.
  • Managing clients, billpayers, and preserving precise financial records in Oracle NetSuite accounting software.
  • Handling the processing and issuance of invoices
  • Overseeing the Accounts Payable process for the office, including processing/paying purchase invoices and addressing supplier queries.
  • Conducting Expense & Visa Card reconciliation, maintaining backups, and processing payments.
  • Collaborating with the Financial Controller and the broader team to customize the newly implemented Oracle NetSuite to align with specific requirements.
  • Preparing monthly financial information for external accountants and auditors and engaging with them on various finance-related matters.
  • Fulfilling requests for other finance data or reports as directed by the Financial Controller, General, or Regional Managers.
  • Collaborating with National Office and Local office Finance teams to drive system changes and improve process efficiencies.
  • Actively participating in and contributing to monthly meetings of the national team.

Experience and skills required:

  • Demonstrated experience in completing payroll, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable.
  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel is essential and strong analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of and experience with various financial software packages, with a preference for experience in Oracle NetSuite.
  • A collaborative team player with a sharp focus on operational excellence in a rapidly expanding organization.
  • Ability to establish and nurture collaborative working relationships
  • Effective interpersonal skills, coupled with sound judgment and decision-making abilities.
  • Forward-thinking mindset to continually organize and update the financial structure, ensuring readiness for the next growth phase.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work on your own initiative
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, maintaining a clear and professional demeanor.
  • Must have knowledge of the Irish Tax system

Compensation:

  • Competitive salary depending on candidates experience.
