About the Role:
As the Operations Manager, youll play a pivotal role, reporting directly to the CEO. Youll oversee all aspects of golf operations and F&B, ensuring exceptional service delivery and revenue optimisation. From customer care to facility administration, youll be at the forefront of creating unforgettable experiences for their members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Elevate customer care and uphold high facility standards
• Drive sales in the golf shop and optimize F&B offerings
• Foster relationships with greenkeeping staff and oversee locker rooms
• Organize competitions and manage outside golf services
• Provide comprehensive staff training and development

What Were Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of senior-level experience in the golf industry
• Strong industry knowledge and familiarity with golf-specific software
• Proven track record in team management and revenue optimisation
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
