Business Development Manager 

Job Purpose:   Work alongside the Head of Sales and Marketing to maximise sales growth across all channels. Catalysing growth by targeting new business opportunities within the assigned customer base & introducing new strategic growth partners with a clear direction for growth. Championing communication and ensuring all opportunities are explored and managed through to sales conversion

Reports to:   Sales Director

Location: Co. Kildare/Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities associated with this role include, but are not limited to:

• Deliver targeted revenue and margin for assigned customers in ensuring the company budget is achieved & to actively explore new customers to strategically partner with for further growth
• Build & manage project pipelines with allocated customers presenting key targeted projects resulting in a measured conversion to sales hit rate

Qualifications/ Experience/ Skills:

• Third-level education is desirable
• Minimum 5 years experience in sales/business management
• Organised and structured
• Approachable & Objective
• Team player
• Customer oriented
• Flexible
