Our client is a leading organisation dedicated to creating meaningful job opportunities in a stimulating environment. Based in Co Kildare they are seeking a HR Administrator to join their team on a 9 maternity cover month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:

  • Coordinate advertisement of internal and external job postings.
  • Collaborate with recruitment agencies and hiring managers to screen candidates.
  • Assist in drafting job descriptions and conducting interviews.
  • Facilitate new hire documentation and onboarding processes.
  • Conduct exit interviews for departing employees.
  • Contribute to the delivery of our Employee Wellness program.
  • Support initiatives promoting employee morale, health, safety, and well-being.
  • Maintain employee personnel files and update records.
  • Handle HR-related correspondence and documentation.
  • Track probationary periods and manage new joiner/leaver processes.
  • Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
  • Roll out new Employee Handbook and promote adherence to HR policies.
  • Support positive internal communications strategies.
  • Assist in sourcing and coordinating training providers.
  • Collaborate with managers to arrange team learning opportunities.

Candidate Profile:

  • CIPD or equivalent HR qualification.
  • Previous HR administration experience in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to manage challenging situations and workload effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and database management.
