Got a full structural survey done on the house we bought.
I trusted these guys.
However they completely missed huge structural flaws in the roof ( which was in danger of collapsing on us ) and dampness in the walls. Cost us €70,000 to fix the problems.
The worst thing is they never admitted liability or said sorry.
