Question for Immobiliser Ireland

I own a Porsche 911 1997.My spare immobiliser is not working.I’ve just received the car back from Porsche Dublin. Starting motor replaced.Check and reprogramme immobiliser not achieved.Only comment was immobiliser spare not working.( I knew that) Can you check the circuit board if I send it to you Hopefully Steve
