Job vacancy Maintenance Technician

My client is actively searching for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join their expanding team in Bray . In this role, you will play a crucial part in the organizations daily maintenance operations. This position is full-time, permanent and requires you to work Monday Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, repair, or replace faulty parts or equipment
• Conduct regular preventative maintenance checks
• Service and refurbish robotics and other automated systems
• Ensure proper operation of machine sequences, including disassembly and inspection of components
• Maintain operability of heater band elements and hydraulic valves/pumps
• Calibrate injection units and clamp-ends
• Perform facility maintenance to uphold building systems
• Keep detailed service records for major equipment
• Develop maintenance plans for organization and equipment
• Manage maintenance schedule and work orders
• Participate in daily technical meetings
• Propose process improvements and implement Lean Principles

Requirements:

• Engineering/automation certification or mechanical fitter qualification
• Must have a minimum of 3 years relevant experience
• Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems is essential 

Compensation: 

Salary on offer is EUR 40,000 EUR 45,000 DOE
