Reviews of Condron Concrete Works Ltd - Tullamore

Terrible Product and even worse Customer Service - I am only giving 1 star because I cant' give zero.
We bought black roof tiles recommended to us by the Condron concrete rep for our new house 8 years ago, after 4 years my husband noticed them fading and called the rep who said these would fade slightly but would not be a whole lot (we weren't told this when buying). Please see attached pictures of our now white roof tiles 8 years later - what an absolute disgrace!! For nearly 2 years now I have been contacting condron concrete and trying to get this issue resolved, not once has the owner of the company had the manners to call me back or anyone to call to my house to actually look at this, instead I've been passed from person to person with each one actually agreeing with me that it is very bad and assuring me that they will do everything to help but after a meeting with "the boss" there is "nothing" they can do. One staff member told me there must be something wrong with the batch as yes they fade slightly but not drain of colour completely like mine have. Another member of staff even said it was "scandalous" after seeing my pictures. It would have cost Condron Concrete little over €1000 to repaint our roof and resolve this issue but instead they chose to totally ignore me and not even engage, in this day and age with plenty of other reliable companies to choose from it's hard to believe. I literally just got an email (not even the respect of a phone call) with some brochures and a letter attached basically telling me they will do nothing but they sell the paint if I want to repaint them!!!!! As if I would give them another penny of my hard earned money. I would NEVER EVER recommended this company and I am sorry we ever had anything to do with them
