I have just ordered 3 doors from noyaks and the service from them was brilliant.
Lorna was such a breath of fresh air on the phone .
She was wonderful.
I will absolutely shop with Noyaks again because of my experience with Lorna.

I got the wooden flooring for my house here a decade ago and I was happy with the quality and great service I received.
I wanted to get a new kitchen done so I decided to get it from Noyeks Newmans again.
However, I had a bad experience and received poor customer service at the Finglas branch lately.

I booked an appointment in the showroom on 23rd June with Emmet. He wasn't happy with the measurements of my sketch and would not provide any advice unless a fitter came to my house to take proper measurements. He seemed generally disinterested and in a rush.

He said one of the fitters would measure my kitchen and would call me the following week. Nobody called me the following week. I left a message for Emmet to the receptionist to call me back. He never called me and he didn't bother to check if a fitter called me or not.

I feel disrespected and that my custom was not valued.. He may have been busy and may have forgotten. This is not a professional manner and he can't be a representative for Noyeks Newmans.

My sketch with measurements that Emmet refused to accept or help with was accepted with a few other companies and they were able to provide me with a quote. My sketch wasn't completely accurate, but only a difference of 1-2 cm.

It is unfortunate as I had such a good experience with your company previously. I totally wasted my time and I did not appreciate it at all. I will never return to the Finglas branch.
