Reviews of Laois Co Op Taxis - Portlaoise

The worst customer service i have ever come across. I use Portlaoise Cabs on a regular basis but never again. As per my phone records I called Laois Co Op taxis ( 1/9/2016 ) at 10:07am for my partner. I was told it would be 5 or 10 mins. At 10:14 a female taxi driver rang me and told me she was outside. I said i would ring my partner and she would be out in 2 mins as she had to catch a bus. My partner went out at 10:16 and there was no taxi and she rang me at 10:16.. I rang the Driver and she said " I was waiting 9 mins and i am busy so i can't be waiting. what a bunch of horseshit as the time line i said does'nt add up. She was out within 2 mins of you ringing me. I asked the taxi driver why she was lying and she hung up. I rang the Base and they said there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak to someone in charge and was told there was no point as it would not make any difference. Nice way to treat you customers. Marks out of 100. 0 on every level. If you want to be treated this way by a service provider then use Portlaoise Taxi C0-Op as ye will most likely deserve each other........
