Company description
In 2018, Wayne Allen and Liam Mullins founded Perfuze in Galway City, located in the West of Ireland. The two founders have a combined 30 years of experience in medical technology, both in start-ups and large corporations. With the aim of providing safe and cost-effective therapy, Perfuze is developing a revolutionary catheter technology to treat acute ischemic stroke, with the added benefit of shorter procedural times and superior clinical results. Currently based in the Business Innovation Centre at the National University of Ireland, Galway, Perfuze is in the process of moving to the IDA Business Park in Dangan.
