Openvolt is revolutionizing the way smart meter data is handled. With over a billion smart-meters already in use around the world and with an estimated 100 million more being added each year, the challenge of accessing this data is becoming more and more difficult due to regulatory and technical issues. To combat this, Openvolt is working to bridge the gap by integrating with smart meter data sources all across Europe and providing developers with a user-friendly API to build applications on top of this data. The company is spearheaded by founders Dave Curran and Don O'Leary, both highly experienced entrepreneurs and executives.
