Hello everyone, I want to share my mixed experience) When I came to Andersen, I was already a rather cool specialist, I worked at Epam for more than one year. I switched for a well-known reason - money. So, the minus that every new employee will probably notice is distrust. You have to pass the test of strength and earn the trust for some major salary revisions. Well, plus in the same part, these are just revisions, which seem to be announced once a year, but it’s enough to come and say that dismotivation or outgrown tasks and you will have a revision. With a higher salary, of course, there is more responsibility, but this is a plus, not every company will give the growth that I want

Personally, my growth in the company was a success, as I understand it, this thing is individual. He came as a junior, grew up quite quickly (less than six months) to middle and the projects became more interesting. From the very beginning I was engaged in pumping English skills, since I still methyl in pm. The situation was not very pleasant during the corona, when I was in quarantine, my level was sharply revised. Fair or not, of course, it is morally unpleasant ... and it was reflected in the salary. Apparently, such a price was for my rapid growth. In June 3, I didn’t stay long, thanks, and then it grew to the desired pm. In general, initiative guys are appreciated here.

I've worked here for 2 years as a Scala Developer and is very pleased with the company

pros:
- friendly team, I had the opportunity to work in several
directions and in different departments and always remained satisfied
- the salary is always paid on time
- part of the money for sports and English is compensated by the company
- comfortable office with a convenient kitchen and playroom
- the company organizes corporate parties
- there are always tea, cookies and various sweets in the kitchen

Cons:
for those who take the subway, it is clearly more difficult to get there

In general, I recommend! In this company, you can quickly grow up your skills It's been a great two years.

I have been working at Andersen for about 4 years and during this time I have received great experience in the areas of web, API and mobile testing. There are always many interesting projects here, that you'll nor find boting. I am also glad that the leadership always
supports any activity within the company and it
definitely brings the team together.
