How We Provide PRINCE2 Training and Certification
Public PRINCE2 Courses

We believe in an intensive approach to PRINCE2 training. Our public courses are very much exam preparation focused, and geared towards setting you up for exam success.

Prior to the course start date, you’ll receive pre-course reading to complete. This reading will familiarise you with important elements of PRINCE2 and enable you to hit the ground running on day 1.

It’s the crucial first step in preparing yourself to pass the PRINCE2 exams.

Our PRINCE2 courses run over consecutive days and are delivered by trainers with a wealth of PRINCE2 experience. You will complete your exams during training.
In House PRINCE2 Courses

Our in-house courses have the option of a more practical format. When you get in touch about PRINCE2 training for your team, we can adjust the syllabus to reflect the precise goals of your project team and your business.
Our PRINCE2 Courses

PRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioner – 5 Days

This is our most popular option for training, as you’ll achieve both PRINCE2 certifications during one training course.

PRINCE2 Foundation Only – 3 Days

Some people like to start by achieving the Foundation certification only. We offer the option of completing the first 3 days of the PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner course, sitting the Foundation exam on the afternoon of Day 3.

There is always the option of returning at a later date to sit the PRINCE2 Practitioner training and exam.

PRINCE2 Practitioner Only – 2 Days

You must have recently achieved the PRINCE2 Foundation certification to attend our Practitioner only training. If you have, you’ll join our Foundation and Practitioner group on Day 4 of training for 2 focused days of preparation for the PRINCE2 Practitioner exam, which you will complete on Day 2 of training.

Our PRINCE2 Training Locations

Our public courses run in Dublin. We have dates available all year-round. Our Dublin training venues are all within easy reach of the M50. Complimentary parking and Wi-Fi is always available for of our course participants.

We offer in-house PRINCE2 courses in any Irish location. We will come to where you are located for your team’s PRINCE2 training.

If you have space at your business premises, we can deliver training on-site. If space is not available, many clients choose a nearby hotel or conference venue.
