I asked to get a mesh which is a full head of highlights and a treatment coasting €130 and gave her a tip along with it , I had paid her the day before my hair was going to be done , I went in and she started doing strips and done no treatment , rinsed my hair with freezing cold water , half blow dried my hair and didn’t even brush it . I came home and looked in the mirror because it was passed closing time so I was rushed out the door . I look in the mirror my hair had balls of knots all over my hair . My hair was falling out from being burnt . My hair came out with chocolate brown highlights . Which I asked for a full head of blonde and got no where near it . I am very disappointed in this . My sister had to do 2 treatment in my hair to get the knots out I lost about 3 inches of my hair due to this . I am not happy with this result for what I paid for . I wouldn’t recommend anyone going here .
