Frank Smith has over 35 years experience in the construction industry at all levels. He is a registered assessor for all dwellings and for non-domestic buildings with Sustainable Energy Ireland (www.SEI.ie) and is available to carry out BER assessments on all types of buildings. Frank now works as a sole trader, so he is also available to any contractor who wishes to use his estimating, quantity surveying, project management or site engineering services.
