Review Terrible service

Discraceful company i emailed all bus companies until i found one who confirmed there would be toilets onboard a day bus trip from Donegal to Dublin before I booked and paid. However on the morning of travel they sent a small bus with no toilets without letting me know at any stage that this could happen and were extremely rude when I contacted them about it.
