Autobahn Cabs - Dublin

I ordered an 8 seater taxi for a family wedding in Dublin the day before & was told no need to confirm I did confirm morning of wedding to yes taxi will be there to receive a call 20 minutes before pick saying small delay no taxi showed i rang to be told no 8 seater my response was I could have been told & 2 taxis could have been sent in the end neighbor's had to take 2 cars & drop us off. I rang to express my concerns only to be told manager is to busy ring back not the sort of customer service you want I guess we won't be using this company anymore after years of doing do
Very shoddy service to say the least
