SelfSense Technologies is a revolutionary medical company that has developed a groundbreaking device to revolutionize the diagnosis and management of tooth grinding. The SmartSplint is their first product and is the result of four years of collaborative research. The project has been generously funded by a number of organizations, including Enterprise Ireland, Science Foundation Ireland and the Health Research Board, and has received over €700,000 in grant money. In 2015, the company received €100,000 in investment from the NDRC and successfully completed its Venture Lab accelerator program.
