Reviews of Killarney Court Hotel

Food was poor from the restaurant on a voucher..the waiting staff in restaurant were absolutely terrible and extremely rude Except for eamonn the manager who was very nice and went out of he’s way...every night waiting to be seated from half an hour to an hour for a table in the bar and the service was shocking..if you did not shout over a counter at them they couldn’t care if you got your food or drink...you had to que up at 11pm for drinks even though your sitting at the bar which made no sense..overcharging and getting the wrong bill very common...breakfast was nice and reception staff were nice but other than that the staff were a disgrace, not helpful, a lot of attitude and clearly need a lot more training!! This hotel is nowhere near a 3 star!! Parking terrible also rooms, corridors can be quite shabby...would certainly not recommend considering I work in the hotel industry myself..look for nicer as way too expensive for what you get!!
