Unacceptable phone staff
Any business, unless it is a monopoly,relies on a phone staff which is efficient and customer friendly. I have NEVER come across a receptionist as crass,moronic and incompetent as the specimen encountered at B.M.C. today. Her attitude was superior, entitled and and devoid of any semblance of professionalism or, indeed, humanity. A phone enquiry which could have despatched in 1 minute took 11 minutes of incompetency while she tried to bluster her way to defending the indefensible. She would divulge her name but to Ms. Irrelevant, get a job where your failings will go unnoticed. You are a disgrace.
