Job vacancy Marketing and e-commerce executive

My client based in Wicklow is seeking an Ecommerce Manager to join the team on either a full-time OR part-time basis. This is an opportunity for someone who has e-commerce experience to work with a  well-known Irish brand to establish their online presence.

The salary on offer is EUR 35k.

Responsibilities:
Manage overall ecommerce online business, reporting to management on progress throughout the project, including timelines and projections.
Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and use this information to optimize ecommerce strategies and tactics.
Collaborate with the agency partners to ensure consistent messaging across all channels and campaigns.
Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and use this information to adjust strategies and tactics as necessary.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and emerging best practices, and implement these as appropriate.
Shopify app maintenance & general management to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Work closely with the customer service team to ensure a seamless customer experience, including resolving customer complaints, answering questions, and providing product support.
Collaborate with the product team to ensure that new products are successfully launched online, and that inventory levels are optimized to meet demand.
Develop and manage an affiliate program to drive traffic and sales through partnerships with other websites and influencers.
Analyze sales and traffic data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and make recommendations to improve ecommerce performance.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in ecommerce management
Expertise in Shopify, including experience managing and customizing Shopify stores, apps, plugins etc.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and project management tools.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
