We recently dealt with Kehoe Auctioneers when selling our house and purchasing our new property. From the minute we stepped into Kehoe's office, the whole experience and service was top rate. Frances on reception was so very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. She answered all our questions and was always at the end of the phone for further clarification. Colum came to see our house,suggested a realistic price frame for the sale, was very astute in his judgement, listened to our opinions and wishes respectfully and answered all our queries about the current property market, current trends etc. with kind efficiency. His knowledge of the property business was obvious. We had total confidence placing our home with him. He's also a very pleasant and nice guy to deal with which always helps! And always answers his phone too or will ring you back! The viewings for our house were very well organised and happened very quickly. Caitríona was excellent at keeping us informed throughout and was so nice to deal with too.Our house sold in three weeks and we were pleased with the price achieved.
