I found ATMAC through my daughter, a final year student in UCC. Her Macbook screen was replaced by them when she broke it some years ago. She was very happy with their service! She advised that we bring my son's macbook which is not working; he too is a final year student with all his work on his macbook. Gerry and the team looked after him really well; ran diagnostics on it. Macbook was dying, in spite of being only 3 years old, costing most of €2000, with extended warranty, and only used by third level student; no abuse. Gerry was able to do a data retrieval and have the laptop returned all within 36 hours. Stress on final year student gone. The lads were a pleasure to deal with, always courteous and informative and patient with a technical dinosaur, me. Likewise with my adult children. I fully recommend them and have already passed on their contact details to others I know who use Apple products for business and otherwise.. Thank you Gerry and all at ATMAC Cork.
