Our client, a stunning 4* hotel located in Kilkenny City are now recruiting for an experienced Chef de Partie to join their kitchen team.

Working under the guidance of this renowned Head Chef, they are looking for a chef who is passionate about cooking and is well used to working high volume banquets and events.

What are we looking for?

• A chef with previous experience as a Chef in a busy hotel or high end restaurant/catering kitchen
• Excellent HACCP & Hygiene
• Has a passion for cooking excellent cuisine to very high standards
• Can work well in a team environment as well as own initiative
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Can legally work in Ireland fulltime with no restrictions
