Confidential therapeutic one:to:one counselling and psychotherapy service to adults and adolescents to help reduce anxiety and improve coping skills. Caroline uses a variety of approaches including cognitive behavioural therapy tools (CBT) and EMDR.

Caroline also provides companies and community groups with workshops and training on a variety of wellbeing and wellness topics including how to communicate effectively, pathways to wellbeing, how to manage emotions (including anger).
