Are you a dynamic Project Manager seeking a new challenge? Were currently on the lookout for a Project Manager to join our clients team in Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford on a hybrid basis.

Role Overview:
As a Junior Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Operations team. Your primary responsibilities will include planning, coordinating, and overseeing operations on various company projects. From assisting with timeline development to ensuring production stays on schedule, youll provide supervision and guidance to enhance project progress.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage delivery timelines, logistics, and resource allocations across domestic and commercial sites.
  • Lead project teams assigned to change requests, motivating and monitoring internal and external resources to achieve tasks and milestones.
  • Implement contingency plans to ensure timely installations.
  • Plan and document client meetings, ensuring effective communication throughout.
  • Actively manage change requests to support the realisation of monthly revenue targets.
  • Conduct issue management and analysis.
  • Develop monthly resource schedules to meet customer change request deadlines.
  • Ensure quality assurance and overall integrity of change requests delivered to customers.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders and report customer journey progress to the OSDM and Head of Operations.
  • Demonstrate foresight in identifying and minimizing risks, as well as leveraging team strengths.
  • Provide supervision, delegation, and capacity development support.
  • Utilise tools and metrics to evaluate project performance and address conflicts and tensions proactively.

Skills Required:

  • Degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Project/Programme Management using leading methodologies and processes.
  • Proficiency in project management methods.
  • Experience in managing multiple parties and third-party vendors (desirable).
  • Familiarity with CRM and document management systems (desirable).
  • Ability to manage concurrent projects across multiple locations (desirable).
  • Understanding of budgetary control and resource allocation procedures.
  • Capability to foster a sense of community among project team members.
  • Knowledge of the renewable energy sector and staying updated with latest trends and developments.
